FLPD Teams Up With Ring Video Doorbell

The Fort Lauderdale Police Department (FLPD) is pleased to announce our partnership with Ring.

FLPD is joining Neighbors, a digital neighborhood watch that puts the power of millions of neighbors and security cameras at your fingertips. The Neighbors application by Ring, downloadable on as iOS or Android device, creates a network of connected neighbors who can communicate in real time about neighborhood safety. FLPD will use the platform as a new way to share crime and safety alerts with our neighbors.

This partnership provides our department with an additional crime reduction strategy in continuing our efforts to maintain a decrease in crime and improving the safety throughout our city.

FLPD encourages our neighbors to download the Neighbors app, join their neighborhood and discover the power that can emerge from combining neighbors, cameras and the Fort Lauderdale Police Department.
