Units of the Office of the Chief 

The Media Relations Unit, Staff Inspections/ Accreditation Unit, the Office of Internal Affairs, and the Police Finance Division are the four main components of the Office of the Chief. Other units directly under the Office of the Chief are the FBI Broward County Public Corruption Task Force, the Legal Unit, Performance Management and the Police Department’s Grants Office. The Office of the Chief is also responsible for the overall management and operation of the Support Services Bureau, the Investigations Bureau and the Operations Bureau.
